The Community Herbalism Series is an intiative to increase herbal wellness education. We will cover different systems of the body and how to create home remedies to nourish, heal, and prevent. This series is will be hosted on the last Monday of every month at Kaleisia Tea Lounge.
JANUARY 30th: Herbs for Sleep and Stress
This class will cover the nervous system and the systems involved in feeling stress free and getting a great nights sleep.
We will cover:
herbs specific for nervous system relaxation
herbs to help you get to sleep at night
herbs for anti-anxiety
how to make teas and tinctures
how to make your own medicine
how to create a bedtime ritual for great sleep
where to buy herbs & other resources
Each class comes with the INTRODUCTION TO HERBALISM guide and unlimited email support.
Please bring a cup for tasting and a pen & paper for notes.
